Nabanas in Japamas

I've got the flu. And a fever. And I need a new stomach, please. :) I've been sitting around in my pajamas all day, watching movies. I watched a Fred Astaire movie, tried to watch a Cary Grant movie (thought it was kind of boring, it was really old), tried to watch Jailhouse Rock (talk about dull), I tried lots of things. Nothing's really entertained me yet, though, except for a good new episode of Mythbusters. Gotta love that show, it's loads of fun. I also watched an episode of Malcolm In The Middle that was pretty good, but then I made the mistake of watching Meet the Press and the Iowa Democrat debate. Whoops. Took a perfectly relaxing day and made it all angry. I'm not even going to get started on that or this blog will be longer than I have time to write. And besides, I already scared one person tonight (sorry, Mike!) by going off on a rant, not about to scare all the people reading this. Suffice it to say, aaaaaaaahhhhhh!

Politics and tummy aches should never mix.

So. Now it's three in the morning and I can't sleep for the headache. And I can't take my pain meds for that because of the stomach ache. And that means I won't be sleeping any time soon. And they all lived in the house that Jack built.

I think I'll go back to watching this Lyle Lovett concert I tivoed a month or so ago. That's nice and relaxing. *sigh* Stupid politics.
