Today has been a glorious,

Today has been a glorious, beautiful, wonderful day! But I'll have to tell you why some time later this week. :-D It's so great I can't even mention it here yet, how fabulous is that?!

But, I can tell you that I'm incredibly happy. And, on top of all that, my sleep schedule is finally back on track. Last night was an absolute miracle - can you believe that after sleeping until 3 in the afternoon I somehow got tired by 12:30? I have no idea what came over me, but I laid down and was out like a light. That *never* happens to me, even when I'm on a normal schedule. But now it's 12:30ish again and I'm only slightly tired, since I'm all hyper from being happy. :) But that's okay! I like feeling like this.

So what did I do today. I bought a new dishwasher. Yippie! Man was that boring. I hate shopping for appliances. You spend loads of money and you can't even take anything home with you right then, nothing to unwrap, nothing to play with. And besides, it's a *dishwasher*. Who wants to spend $300 on a *dishwasher*? Yes, it's important, and no, I don't want to spend hours washing dishes by hand. (And no, I don't want dish-pan-hands.) But still. It's just annoying. It's not like spending $300 on a new stereo, or $300 on a loose sapphire for a lovely ring I've for four years and haven't been able to wear cause it doesn't have a center stone... Sigh, I really want that sapphire.

Anyway. :) I think I need to go brush my teeth now and try to calm down enough so I can sleep. I actually need to wake up at a decent hour tomorrow. I was awake this morning at 11, but I didn't really have anything to do, and the blankets felt so good, that I just laid there for an hour. I know, it's sickening, isn't it? But I'm soaking that up for as long as I can, because I'm getting a job soon. A really fun, amazing, wonderful job, yes, but a job nonetheless. A job that will keep me from lazing around in bed for an hour every morning. So dang it, I'm gonna enjoy it as much as I possibly can. Mmmm, flannel. :)
